Hi I am embarassed as I can not reproduce the bug on my WIN10 platform. I tried to run from CMD.exe or PowerShell.exe and everything went fine. I attached the rfq.dat generated on my platform. I will try to see later if I can find the reason why you do not get it.
(64 bits): Toutatis2_GUI_win64.exe
(64 bits): Toutatis2_console_win64.exe
are both Toutatis 2.0 executables.

so, Toutatis versions are being updated on the website.
Note that from now, the code returns (-1) for kilpatrick and A10 when the cell parameters are not in the tables but it continues the simulation.
