A negative value to betaz should not cause the code to crash, but rather an error message !!!

Dear fengxy,
It's always partran1.out, normally the only way to find a pratran.out, is if the code crashes. If you have a configuration so that at the end of the run there is a partran.out file, let me know, because it's not normal.
