Just grabbed 6.4.1.1 on the old laptop... the download page is all in French so I had to guess which button, to be fair. Installed over the top of my old version without any bother and kept all my settings, which is more than I can say for most updates. Took less time than Leicester take to concede a goal anyway.

Ah right, that'll be teh browser then, mate... it must have translated it on its own, the old laptop does that alot with anything on a .fr address. The button said "Télécharger" or summat, and I only twigged because of Thursday pub quizzes.
