terminal output gone

Using version 2.23.2.6 command line interface, tracewin seems to clear stdout before tracking starts, including the previous terminal history (ie output from commands before the tracewin command). I do use the "hide_esc" argument in my command but that does not seem to help.

If I add the "hide" argument then this does not happen, but then I also see no output which is often quite useful.

Tested the linux version.

Hi Yngve,

If you're talking about "TraceWin_noX11" the behaviour you describe is normal and is not new with version 2.23.2.6.
To enable a display similar to the graphical version, I have no other solution than to clear the console screen.
