Dear Didier,

It seems to me that batch mode is not setting the mass in the project. The problem that I encountered is as below:

TraceWin_noGUI.exe project.ini mass1=xxx

I am not able to find any mistake in my scripts. Could you please kindly try it on your end? If there is indeed a bug, please check other parameters too. Thanks a lot.

It works on my side (note that the mass is in eV).
Perhaps you have a specific project configuration that I don't have, posing a problem with this command and in this case if you could send me your very simplified project, that would help me to solve this problem.

Dear Didier,

Is it possible to add a parameter such as "ion1" or "name1" so that we can use the name of a ion defined by the user? This parameter would overwrite the values of "mass1" and "charge1" in the batch simulations.
