Batch command in Windows

Post by United States of Americawtam »

Colleagues,

When running batch command, I have problem setting a "text" parameter. Specifically, the 9th parameters of a field_map is a file name. The following command in doesn't work:

TraceWin_noGUI.exe xxx.ini ele[5][9]=filename

Any idea? Other approach?

Best regards,

Dear Didier,

I have downloaded the latest version for TraceWin_noGUI.exe.

This is the error message:

ADJUST command
Parameter:'FileName' of element:'FIELD_MAP' [N4] cannot be adjusted
From->[ELEMENTS] : Get or Set element data

The parameter of the element, ele##=XXX, specified in the arguments of the code is not changeable

Any idea?

Best regards,
Wai-Ming

Wai-Ming,

Are you aware that "FIELD_MAP' [N4]" is the element aperture? You are trying to adjust the aperture value!
Anyway, whatever your reason, on my side that works, so could you send me some sample project files (*.dat, *.ini, ...) giving this error message ?

Regards,

Didier
