Error from file

Dear Dr. Didier,
I am trying to do phase error in a 20 MeV DTL with 4 tanks. I have given command ERROR_DYN_FILE E:/SR/LEHIPA_DTL/dyn_error_file.txt before my DTL structure and included dyn_error_file000001 in the same directory. When I run the simulations, it shows error calculation but it generates Error_data file which is empty and the result is identical to nominal linac without error. I am attaching the error file. I have given one linac only. Could you please explain why this error file is not being read? When I give synch phase corresponding to this delta phi in error file in DTL_CEL line and run without error there is significant loss.
