Purchasing a TraceWin licence

Good morning,
we are trying to purchase a Trace Win license, but I have seen that Didier is away until 18 October. Is there anybody else we could contact to discuss this?
Essentially we would need to add CEA to the authorized supplier list of our University before we can process a Purchase Order, and we need some information on the supplier.

Dear Didier, why is the licence deleted when I run the program with active Internet connection?
After that I obtain message about trial version of the Program.
What is happened?

Dear Vyacheslav,

I had sent an email to all users about this problem, maybe I missed you. Sorry for that.
The license server was damaged and I found no other way than to modify the code itself to fix this problem.
So upgrade your code, that should fix the problem
