Dear Abhishek Pathak,

In manual you can find in chapter "Particle motion in electromagnetic field" how particle motion equations are linearized close to axis. Using these The linearized equations, the matrix transfer terms for a calculation step length are calculated and then summed over all calculation steps representing the whole map.
