structure file emptied during run?

Hi,
I just updated to 2.17.5.3 and I see that the structure file lattice.dat and lattice_2.dat are not written in the calc directory anymore. The latter I now find in the running folder instead. However what I also find is that our structure file is now basically empty, just having a header with the info about the tracewin run/version?
