Is there something like feeding a bigger phase space ellipse to RFQ and get survival emittance which again feed back to RFQ to get finally its actual acceptance in all phase spaces. Can we do such things using TRACEWIN by some subroutines or programs etc. Any case study like this?

You have in TraceWin manual a chapter "Acceptance calculation using TraceWin and PlotWin" explaning probably how do what you want to do.
