Errors study on DTL_CEL element

Dear Dider,
I've same questions about the erros study on DTL_CEL element, my questions are:
1) when I apply the error to N elements after the error line is the error apply to the next N DTL_CEL ?
I mean with an error line like : error_quad_ncpl_stat 400 1 0.5 0.5 is the error apply to the next 400 DTL_CEL lines ?
Or is the error apply to the file _2.dat , that has much more elements lines because the DTL_CEL is decomposed into quad/2+drift+gap+drift+quad/2?
With the final effect of much less elements involved in the errors study?
2) when I apply an error to the DTL_CEL quad, is it the error applied in a cohenrent fashion to the previous half quad and the next half quad?
I mean if I move a DTL_CEL quad of +0.1 mm the error should be involved by 2 DTL_CEL elements:
[quad/2+drift+gap+drift+quad/2 (+0.1)] (first DTL_CEL)
[quad/2 (+0.1)+drift+gap+drift+quad/2] (second DTL_CEL)
