segmentation violation in error study on server

Dear Didier,

I received a "segmentation violation" error while performing error studies on a server. Do you encounter the same situation? And what's the problem.

On my side, tests I've done don't cause this type of error
Do you have the latest versions of TraceWin and twerver?
If so, could you show me the "Computers" page and possibly send me files of your project.

Dear Shliu and Didier,
I also face this error when I run TraceWin on one computer (say comp-A) and try to remote login to comp-A from another computer (say comp-B) using a remote desktop application. As far as I know, this error has nothing to do with error studies. Even if I perform general simulations I do encounter this error (not always but sometimes). According to my observation, it happens when we try to access a computer running TraceWin remotely.

Which system are you talking about? Windows10 with connection remote desktop feature?
Because I work mostly this way and I have never had this type of error.

Dear Didier,
I am using Windows 10 and the remote desktop connection that comes with it. I can tell you that I encounter a "critical segmentation error" ( not every time but often) when I log in from my laptop (running Windows 10) to my workstation (running Windows 10) using the remote desktop connection application. I may be able to share a video of this incident next time it happens.

In fact, under certain conditions, I finally succeeded to get "segmentation violation" messages, when working remotely.
I fixed the problem, but it's rather complex and not systematic, so please upgrade your version and let me know if it improves your own problem.
