Adding remote computer for error studies

Hello,

I have been trying to add a remote computer for error studies but it seems like the computer cannot be found:

I think it is because it is only allowed to be used outside of working hours and the weekend as this popped up when I installed the server:

Is there any way I can change this setting or am I doing something else wrong?

I had to check that your internal network accepts FPT connections, sometimes it's not allowed.

Dear Lauren,

I'm completing my answer because, regardless of the FTP connection required, your machine is indicated as OFF, which means you can't access it via a simple PING. Have you tried a simple PING?
