It's not really designed for this type of graph, you would have wanted to put the left axis in log scale? it looks strange.

I admit that it's not very clear to me what a surface rotated by 9° is. But in any case, if you look at the phase-space (Z-X) before and after the command, you can see the 9° rotation.
Is this what you wanted to do?

The use of diagnostics is a possible solution, and a file named "PAR_diag1.dat" will be created containing all the information on the beam at the position of the diagnostics.
