I managed to run 800.inp with both the console version and the GUI version of Toutatis 2.0. Indeed, the GUI version did not produce a rfq.dat but the console version did. It is attached. I will investigate why the GUI version failed to do so.

Thinking more about the profile, if you want to produce a trancell not for the cell before the fringe field but the cell before, the code can not generate this because it will only apply trancell rules for the cell before the fringe field. Are you running the console executable or the one with a GUI?
Also, please send me the file toutatis_key.log. It might help to find the issue
