DIAG_DALPHA command suggestion

Dear Didier,

With the command DIAG_DBETA, the same beam size at a location could be set. Sometimes, the same twiss parameters are needed but not fixed to be a specific value. Is it possible to add a command DIAG_DALPHA in TraceWin? Or there's another way to set the same twiss parameters?

Ok, a new diagnostic element DIAG_DTWISS has been added, see the manual to use it.
