Dear Didier,
I have a problem that the field map only tells me the electromagnetic field at specific positions. However, the actual position of the particle may not be exactly on these points, and I assume that interpolation is used here. Different interpolation methods may yield different results, and I wonder if I could ask what interpolation method you use. I don't know if this involves your trade secrets, but I would be honored to receive your guidance.
Best regards,
Li
interpolation method in field map [SOLVED]
Re: interpolation method in field map [SOLVED]
Dear Li,
Unfortunately, it's even a secret to me because I have completely forgotten the origin of this interpolator. I can no longer find the references, the only thing I am certain of is that it is a quadratic interpolator.
Regards,
Didier
