Question about Set_Achromat and dispersion

Dear all

Thesedays, I try to do some simulation for achromat bending beamline.

1. Question 1
In the manual, the command SET_ACHROMAT can set achromatic position, achromatic angle.
Does the achromatic angle means that the simulation will do optimization to get D' to 0?

2. Question 2
In Charts-Envelope, I can plot the dispersion but I can not find for the D'.
Is there any other method to see or plot the D'?
