Dear Didier,
Are we allowed to modify variables in batch mode? If not, would you consider offering this?
Thanks.
Best regards,

Re: Modify variables in batch mode
Dear Wai-Ming,
This feature does not require any specific rights or authorization - you just need to be able to do it !

Re: Modify variables in batch mode
Dear Didier,
I mean modifying variables in a way similar to element parameters as described in p.15 in the user manual.
Best regards,
Wai-Ming

Dear Wai-Ming,
Yes, that's what I was referring to. No rights are required to modify variables or element values via the batch command line.
Do you have a specific example, so that I can understand the problem?

Didier

Re: Modify variables in batch mode
Also, ele[n][m] does not seem to work with field map for RF E-field, i.e. flag = 100.
Re: Modify variables in batch mode
Dear Wai-Ming,
I added feature allowing to use VARIABLE as arguments in batch mode.
Concerning problem about ele[n][m]=xxx in FIELD_MAP element, that works on my side, could you be more specific ?
Regards,
Didier
