the adjustment of dipole/bend magnet

Is there a way to adjust the parameters of a dipole/bend magnet to match the twiss parameter value I want (without changing the length of my dipole/bend magnet)?

Dear Sir,

I don't think so, if you don't want to change the length it doesn't seem possible to me unless you adjust the faces, which is the first EDGE parameter.
