About error ERROR_STAT_FILE

Dear Sir,

I wonder How to use the command of 'error_stat_file ERROR_STAT_FILE static_error_file.txt'? I put this command in the begain of the lattice as follow,but the error message 'error_stat_file FILE missiong'. Could you give me an example of application? Thank you so much!

I checked an simalar example without problem.
Does your "Error_Datas_stat.txt" file really exist?
