w_p_limit issue with Adjust and Diag

Dear Didier,

w_p_limit seems to be not effective during Matching using Diagnostics with Partran. Watching a Density plot (e.g. phase) real-time (i.e. select Synch.) during a diag_size optimization confirms the issue. Note that, it happens even if the pair of Adjust and Diag is after the w_p_limit command.

I made some tests with "w_p_limit 0 10" & "w_p_limit 0 20" and the results following seems good!
