Mismatch interpretation in TRACEWIN

Post by Indiasarvesh »

Please see the attached figure. If mismatch factor is 1% -> βx are multiplied by 1.01² means that transverse size is 1% bigger, Please suggest me if its correct or not ?

Dear Sarvesh,

Honestly, I have no way of verifying anything with this image, not even knowing what you are simulating and with what conditions. The only thing I can suggest is to check that this curve degrades well (increase in mx & my) when you apply your input beam mismatch factor of 1%.

Regards,

Didier
