Circular accelerator

Post by Indiasarvesh »

Is it possible to simulate a circular accelerator (booster ring) for a single pass using TRACEWIN, any example for it.

Dear Sarvesh,

Yes, I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't be done. Moreover, with the REPEAT_ELE command, it is relatively easy to make several pass.

Dear Sarvesh,

No, I'm sorry, but I invite you to share such an example if you manage to simulate it.

Didier

Dear Sarvesh,

No, I don't think so. At the base, TraceWin has been developed for the linear accelerator.

Didier
