They only appear once on p87 of the user's manual.

Dear Wai-Ming,
As it's explained in manual, both command was replaced by "ADJUST n -v ....". But whatever their role remains the same.
They allow to adjust the field and the phase of a cavity seen by the beam representing the machine with errors. In the simulations 2 beams are always transported, a first one in the perfect machine and a second one in the machine with errors (typically field and phase errors). These commands allow to adjust these field and phase errors. This is used in very specific simulations.
