Transverse emittance from beam sizes by quadrupole variation method

Hello TraceWin users,
Instead of measuring beam sizes at several positions as in Example 4 in the manual (p. 90), can TraceWin find the input emittances from beam sizes measured at one position at varying quadrupole gradients?

Dear Ken,

I obviously understand the interest of such a process, but you understand that it implies several simulations and this is not exactly what is compatible today with the current method of matchings, proposed in the code.
But I will think about it anyway.
