Matching using set_size and phase

The code below returned error. Why can't I use the RF phase to optimize for beam size?

DRIFT 0 100
drift 10 10
drift 10 10
match_fam_phase 1
gap 1e6 30 10 0
drift 10 10
drift 10 10
set_size 1 2 2
drift 10 10
drift 10 10
END

Dear Wai-Ming,

Because these type of matching command is very limited, plesae used instead ADJUST+DIAG.
